Este o mudra utilizată în meditație. Ea ajută la combaterea apatiei și somnolenței, elimină stresul, împrospătează energia și dă claritate minții.
Ushas mudra – sporește creativitatea și însuflețește sexualitatea. Armonizează sistemul hormonal. Elimină durerile de spate.
Mudra aceasta este un bun catalizator pentru proiecte noi.
Această Mudra concentrează energia sexuală a celei de a doua chakra și o deplasează/canalizează spre centrele de energie superioare, aducând astfel prospețimea spiritului, poftă de viață, surplus de energie, noi impulsuri, interes pentru lucruri noi.
Ushas mudra mai este numită Mudra păcii sau „Aproape de Venus” (deoarece această poziție a mâinilor stimulează zona cărnoasă de la baza degetului mare, numit Muntele lui Venus).
În meditație mâinile în mudra, se țin la 2 sau 3 degete sub buric.
PRACTICA Ushas Mudra
Palmele orientate în sus. Degetele se țin încrucișate și degetul mare este între degetul arătător și celalalt deget mare.
Bărbații țin degetul mic stâng în exterior, degetul mare stâng atinge la bază degetul arătător drept, degetul mare drept apasă ușor degetul mare stâng la bază, pe Muntele lui Venus.
Femeile țin degetul mic drept în exterior, degetul mare drept atinge la bază degetul arătător stâng, degetul mare stâng apasă ușor degetul mare drept la bază, pe Muntele lui Venus.
Liniștiți-vă emoțiile și gândurile și practicați această mudra.
Se recomandă să practice în fiecare zi, între 5 și 15 minute, până când veți obține efectul dorit.
Ushas Mudra, ajută la energizare, dimineața. Cât sunteți încă în pat, somnolenți, așeazați-vă mâinile în mudra descrisă, sub cap, la ceafă. Respirați adânc și forțat de câteva ori, deschideți ochii și gura și împingeți coatele înapoi în pernă. În timpul expirație, eliberați orice tensiune. Repetați de 6 ori. Dacă încă nu vă simțiți energizați, frecați-vă gleznele una de alta, ca pe o cremene. Ridicați brațele în sus, deasupra capului și întindeți-vă cu toată puterea.
